Relationships and Sex Education (RSE)

At our school, we are committed to providing high-quality Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) that helps children develop healthy, respectful relationships, understand personal safety, and prepare for life in modern Britain.

Our RSE curriculum is delivered in an age-appropriate and sensitive manner, in line with statutory guidance. Through RSE, pupils learn about friendships, families, respect, online safety, physical and emotional wellbeing, and the changes associated with growing up.

We value the views of parents, carers, staff and the wider school community. Our Relationships and Sex Education Policy is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet the needs of our pupils and reflects current guidance.

Consultation on the RSE Policy

The school is currently consulting on its Relationships and Sex Education Policy.

The consultation period will run until Friday 9th October. We welcome comments, feedback and questions from parents and carers.

Following the consultation period, all feedback will be carefully considered before the policy is finalised and adopted by the Governing Body.
